Waterman's Nursery

Picture

Waterman's Nursery is a small family owned farm that offers one of the largest selections of perennial plants in Upstate New York. We are dedicated to producing the best, hardiest flowers for our region. It is our goal to help you bring your yard to life and make the world a more beautiful place. Gardening is so much more than landscaping. It is an opportunity to feel the earth and nourish life. The garden is a rewarding place to teach our children to work with us and embrace the magic of nature.

What sets us apart

We understand every yard is an individual micro-climate. Each garden presents its own beauty and challenges. Every plant is unique, like the yards they are grown for. We have the patience and knowledge to cultivate plants that will thrive in our area, even in the most challenging soils and conditions. We start most of our plants from seeds or cuttings. We grow them through every stage of development. Believe it or not, very few nurseries still do this. Some of the seeds we start take a few years to reach flowering size, but that is OK. To us, their beauty is worth the wait. Our individual attention to the plants and the climates they are best suited for, set us apart and will make your yard stand out.
